SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 24 hours or less Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and shipped via overnight express on dry ice. If I place my order between Thursday and Sunday my order will be shipped out the following Monday. I will be sure someone is available to accept the package and that the exosomes are stored in a refrigerator or freezer immediately once delivered.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Exosome orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Cryogenic - 18 months
Home Freezer - 4 months
Home Refrigerator - 10 days
Room Temperature - 24 hours
